The Provision Server can manage the different parameter of devices, therefore store all the configuration and Firmware of devices' into the central Provision Server that the remote devices can download the newest configuration and Firmware from Provision Server regularly or when start the devices.
As a result, the users can make the central management and solve the problem efficiently if users cannot access the internal IP of remote devices by Provision Server.
Description of spec. funtion below:
A:List a table ahead and upload it once.
The administrator can collect all the mutual parameter contents into a compression file of Parameter Model ahead and upload it to Provision Server (PR), then upload the different parameter contents of individual CPE by text file which is compatible with edition tool of Excel CSV and users can edit the contents on line directly.
When users start the device and would like to get configuration file from PR, PR will compare its IP and MAC(can be assigned individually or compared at the same time), if they meet one of table's list that PR will combine the mutual parameter file of corresponding Parameter Model and the contents of upload individual parameter, then send it to CPE after encryption.
B: The authorization after installation.
The CPE's device are not listed on the above CSV file ahead but ask for the automatic Provision Parameter from PR after installation. In the meantime, PR will quarantine the device into Queue Client for waiting authorization and not response any parameter temporarily till the system administrator check the Mac, IP from PR and other information are corresponding, then tick the suitable mutual parameter file of Parameter Model, after that, the client's device can get the basic parameter automatically.
After users get the basic parameter, the administrator can access the PR to configure the device individually or configure it once by execution of Macro.
C:Modify instruction after installation.
After the installation of clients' devices, if users want to modify the parameter for partial or all devices once that users can define them into a Macro, then choose the range of the modified devices to execute the Macro for the modification of many devices once.
D:Update Firmware.
Update the Firmware of the clients' device that users can choose the different version individually or update it for partial or all devices as well as to review the use status of the internal software server of the device.
E:Set up the position list of automatic renew Server.
System can setup an address list including at least 5 provision servers. When there is any change in this list, as long as the client device connects to any provision server of the list, the newest address list will be updated.
F:Upload the parameter model.
The system administrator can combine common parameters such as call-out routing table into a common parameter model for setting VoIP devices of client side more efficient.
This parameter model will be the base of new setting and it also can be uploaded to system.
G:The management of firmware version.
The PR can upload and download the different version's firmware of different devices for the use of future automatic update.
H:Upload the data for reserved users.
The PR can upload the different parameter contents table by CSV file which is compatible with Excel file by edit tool of Excel CSV, the upload data will be listed clearly for correction and reference.
If there is any MAC and IP of devices corresponding to the table list to ask for the automatic Provision that the table's parameter content will be used.
I:Edit the data for reserved users.
If wants to make an inquiry, the browsing, the edition or the revision on the parameter data for individual client's device that can use IE browser, MAC or IP to find out the device and list the parameter contents.
J:Unauthorized VoIP devices will stack to the pending list.
The Provision Server will ignore the request when VoIP devices ask for parameter contents from PR that is not on the pre-arranging MAC of the parameter table, but store the device into the list and display its model name, IP, MAC, time for the first request and last connection.
K:List the built devices.
The PR system can list the built devices in detail including if the device is on the line, model name, WAN IP, MAC, time for the first request and last connection.
L:Build an edit Macro.
When partial or all parameters of different device in client side need to be edit or fixed, administrator can make a new macro file which including new parameters edit on web UI, and this macro also load to any device which is selected by administrator.
